A note on operating systems:

ReuseTechBC is only able to deploy Windows 11 on devices that have 8th-generation or higher processors.

We offer two operating systems and office software options for devices that are not compatible with Windows 11. The options are as follows:

-Zorin OS - Only compatible with LibreOffice.
-Chrome OS Flex - Only compatible with Google apps such as Docs and Sheets. This operating system requires a Google Account for set-up and sign-on, and the computer must be connected to the internet to use most features.

If you would like to pick up your requested equipment, you may do so from our warehouse located in Burnaby:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding statutory holidays

Shipping fees will apply to all orders not picked up from our Burnaby warehouse.

Shipping Fees:

1 Box = $30 Max Fee
2 Boxes = $60 Max Fee
Pallet = $100 Max Fee

Boxes are shipped via Canada Post.
Pallets are shipped via either Van Kam or Eeko Couriers.

Please note: Orders larger than 2 boxes will be shipped on a pallet to save costs.

Expected Process for Payment & Shipping:

We will respond to your application within 5 business days of your submission once we have verified your eligibility. If you are eligible, we will contact you to arrange for payment. We accept E-transfer, or credit card (MasterCard/Visa) over the phone. We cannot process debit or debit-credit cards unless you visit our workshop in person. E-Transfer is our preferred method of payment. Shipping is usually done within 2 weeks of payment as we custom build each item, and delivery via Canada Post can add another week.

Terms and Conditions

While ReuseTechBC is committed to providing functioning equipment, any subsequent liabilities or repairs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Warranty:

ReuseTechBC will offer a warranty for non-functioning machine hardware, software, and/or peripherals received from our programs. The warranty does not apply to AS-IS equipment, scratches or minor cosmetic damage, laptop batteries or battery lifespan, physical damage incurred after successful shipment, water damage, viruses, and/or software-related issues.

Warranty is six months for Essential and Standard equipment, and 12 months for Executive Equipment.

I acknowledge that submitting this request does not guarantee that inventory is available, nor that myself/my organization is automatically qualified. All prices displayed above are for estimation purposes only and are by no means to be considered an invoice.
