Our warranty does not apply to the aesthetics or age of the computer or laptop.

While BC Technology for Learning Society is committed to providing functioning equipment, any subsequent liabilities or repairs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

I understand that submitting this request does not guarantee available inventory levels, nor that my application is automatically qualified.

We will respond to your application within 5 business days of your submission once we have verified your eligibility. If you are eligible, we will contact you to arrange for payment. We accept E-transfer, or credit card (MasterCard/Visa) over the phone. We cannot process debit or debit-credit cards. E-Transfer is our preferred method of payment. Shipping is usually done within 2 weeks of payment as we custom build each item, and delivery via Canada Post can add another week.
